March 2022: Matier NW Face and the Garibaldi Neve Traverse

Mar 8, 2022

This is a now page. I post one every month, and you should too. It’s the best way to connect with people you don’t talk to often. You can read them all here.

It’s been an incredible month featuring many adventures with my best friends thanks to a 9-5 job that doesn’t give me homework.

Matier

My third attempt at this mountain, finally accomplished in the best style. Photos courtesy of the one and only Tobias Faehndrich.

Garibaldi Neve Traverse

Or the day that we sandbagged Neil.

He had an operation on his shoulder a few months ago and hasn’t been able to ski. For his first day out I suggested the Neve traverse, which I figured would at least be easy terrain if a little long.

14.5 hours later…
